As a Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), I believe in empowering people by helping them access the tools and support they need to live healthier more joy filled lives. Through action, positive change occurs that benefits not only the person in therapy but their family as well.
I specialize in Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, and Neurofeedback as well as EMDR. My training and therapeutic experience includes a wide variety of counseling such as: marital dissatisfaction, parenting issues, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder, gifted-ness, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety, childhood abuse, grief and loss, self-esteem, and post-traumatic stress syndrome.
I graduated from Friends University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership in 2012 and a Master of Science in Family Therapy in 2015. I completed my 15 month clinical internship at Heartland Community Church where I delivered more than 500 hours of direct client contact. I’m excited to announce in 2017 I earned my Clinical license by acquiring 4,000 hours of supervised clinical experience under an approved clinical training plan.
