The basics of good health are exercise, sleep, and diet. A healthy mind resides inside a healthy body. No medication replaces the strength and stamina provided by exercise. There is no substitute for a good nights sleep which is restful and restorative. You are what you eat and some more natural wholesome food better.
Sleep diet and exercise happen within a framework of the 24-hour day. One of the best ways to prevent the recurrence of depression and to limit the effects of anxiety is to have a routine which supports at least eight hours of sleep, regularly timed meals, and an opportunity to expose yourself to sunshine and vigorous activity.
Start by scheduling eight hours a day for sleep.
